CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE

Chicken or Turkey Casserole

2 cups chopped chicken or turkey

1 small can chopped mushrooms

1 small onion chopped

3 cups chicken broth

1 1/2 cups half & half milk

1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice mix with seasoning mix

1 cup slivered almonds


Mix all the above in a large bowl and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish

bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours

I like adding nuts to dishes too, adds crunch and good for you
