Hey, i noticed that i had the time zone set incorrectly for my profile which gave really odd hours for every posting that i read.
Go to PROFILE -> PREFERENCES and change the time zone


EST - GMT-5 hours (five hours behind Greenwich Mean Time)
CST - GMT-6 hours (six hours behind Greenwich Mean Time)
MST - GMT-7 hours (seven hours behind Greenwich Mean Time)
PST - GMT-8 hours (eight hours behind Greenwich Mean Time)
